SPRING SOUL CLEANING
Every spring it becomes time for the birds to make their nests, and the animals in the world to prepare for birth of their progeny. For humans we go through a similar action called, “Spring Cleaning”. Curtains are washed, bedspreads and carpets shampooed, windows washed and refrigerators cleaned out. It is actually an ancient nesting action. Even though I have spiritual beliefs toward a Creator, and know that I am in essence a spiritual being not just a homeo-sapean, who has some similarities from and ape, I do find credence in the truth that mankind is very similar to all of the animal kingdom, especially the ape and chimpanzee. Yet, this being stated, And that G-d has given us animals on the earth to e xperience our love toward them and respect toward His/Her creation. as well as their love toward us. For me, “Spring Cleaning” is always a spiritual time, not only like my reevaluation of my life completed on New Year’s Eve, but an even more in depth look at the direction my life took over the past year and how I am improving my skills for work and leisure, and work on my talents in the new year. It is very much to me, even as a Jewish person by religion, a time of “Resurrection”, or in the kabbalistic style a renewal of the Christ within, the savior or inward salvation to arise and behold itself. I am often filled with awe and inspired to create, paintings, songs, poems, to write, to talk. For me spring has always been time to redirect the path, forgive the past mistakes and move forward. I tend to have more energy when I clean out the old fears and regrets and start with hope, promise and tenacity. I am resilient , I change my old nature, in a spiritual sense and renew my vows that I took to succeed in everything I do, whether by a lesson learned or by completing a task and accomplishing my goals. I believe that if every woman would utilize their “spring cleaning” time to do a review of their spiritual and personal goals and talents we would have less discouragement and better relations within our families. A woman in the house with a family is full of life, it is she who brought life into the world and even as a woman who has not borne children, and you are a matriarch of life to your family. Single women bring talent and creative power to their neighborhoods and communities and to the world if they work in a macrocosm environment. It is the womb of the soul that needs cleaning every spring. The woman healer and bringer of life can view herself as a type of Christ, whom forgives, cleanses, renews and creates anew joy for others. After all the Christian Christ who was of the Jewish faith stated; “the kingdom of G-d is within”, this spring bring the kingdom of G-d without from the within and watch your life change in wonderful ways. Do you ever feel frazzled, misdirected, jumping with so many ideas and creative thoughts and plans that you need three lives to get them all done and successfully? Well, guess what? You are then a visionary creative human being! What you need is Strategy, organization, brainstorming and you will be on your way to success, not just spiritual and personal success, but financial success. You might ask; “Have you had this difficulty yourself? Do you know what it is like having this swirling excitement and creative mind, and then not being able to bring the plans to fruition? YES! I do know. Now let us talk about what it is really like, so we can get to the problem solving portion.
Every one of us has an ‘over-self ‘or a higher mind of wisdom that is within the subconscious. We are our own ‘guru’. Yes, it is important for one to surround themselves with successful people, and to brainstorm with others to best achieve a wide variety of focus oriented ideas, skills and strategies to tackle all of life’s joyful creative endeavors and problems as well. Yet, no one knows but us, how much time we have to devote to a project, psychological roadblocks that we must overcome, physical limitations and financial resources we have at our fingertips. Yes, as I have told many of my clients in the past, you are your own expert! Unfortunately, in some people’s lives they have fallen prey to the “Personality cult”. Oh yes, we can hold other’s in high esteem, have great respect for and adore them, just like a family member, or certain clergy and spiritual leader, but remember you have within you the very assets that you see in them.
If you don’t have the ability to pay for expensive mentor training, or travel to meetings to ‘brainstorm’, schedule a time every day of the week days to sit and have a brainstorming time yourself. Go online and learn, learn, learn. You are your best cheerleader. Social networking is important, but you are your own CEO and that puts you in charge of the team, the cheerleader, the researcher, the student, the intern, the expert, and the implementer, all within the wonderful you that has come so far in life and overcome many obstacles ! So you are therefore not alone, and you CAN be a visionary and IMPLEMENT your successful life plan and dreams. The skills you learn and excitement and high vibration energy you have will increase your friendships and soon enough you will be gathering those around you to assist you in your success. Remember, charity and giving of your abilities, does not always mean financial wealth. Personal vision, relationships, joy and physical health is much more valuable than money. Don’t be surprised though, if you start increasing your income! So, LETS Go TEAM! Think of T E A M, as an acronym meaning: The Energy Accessing Me.
Never Ending Journey
So many of us find that in our 40's and 50's after we have raised our children, had a career or most of us "careers" , and or businesses, we are looking for a richer more fuller life. We may have been so busy giving to others, working to pay the house payment, or pay off college loans and prepare for retirement, but we neglected the spiritual, the real spirituality within ourselves. Perhaps we attended synagogue , church, worship center, chapel, etc. but we never looked within. Jesus of the Christian faith spoke profound words, that the majority of Christiansignore, sadly enough, they look outwardly and serve others, then wonder why they are filled with anxiety, obsessions of guilt and shame, after years of being true believers. I believe it is because they did not examine themselves, they did not accept what the Jewish teacher. Jesus was teaching them, he said; "The Kingdom of God is Within", This is not just a Jewish or Christian concept. Remember how a child is, imagination, creativity, joy in the simple things. The journey within is the most sacred, spiritual and religious journey one can ever take and be involved in. Spirituality does not thrive on guilt and shame, self-abuse, and self-chastisement, it grows within and enriches one's self, and is fulfilled in the ability to love others as you love your self. To be guided by the "kingdom within", that is full of wisdom and honored true wisdom which allows one to worship the One by enjoying the creation of the world and experience the fullness of the joy of nature and beauty of humankind and the wonderful created animals on the earth. Find the miracle within, the Creator of Life within and without.

How to Overcome Indecision
How many of us attend conferences on self- empowerment, personal growth, energy clearing, freeing the child within, and manifesting your dreams? Well to visionary women and men these are the many active and engaging seminars that we attend and participate in as individuals and groups. For some of us, they are booster shots to energize our healing forces within, as we are also in health care fields and therapeutic environments and are giving to the communities and Universe eight hours a day, five and six days a week. Some of us utilize these energizing seminars, webinars and conferences to titillate our minds into action, but the results manifest themselves in our actions like picking at a Daisy saying; “he/she loves me, he/she loves me not”; whereby the contemplation of the theories learned bring about the emotions of happiness and or frustration, but the game is never changed. Others leave empowered, encouraged, refreshed, healed and start the next day actively achieving their goals and take off like the great horse race, “The Run for the Roses”.
This article is written in short version for those who play with Daisies and never get off to the running start. There are a few things you need to know. It is all about Self Efficacy and Belief that you can achieve whatever you put your mind too. For women I would like you to think of pregnancy if you have ever been in that bodily state. A creation in utero occurs, just as your dreams are happening for the first time in your mind. Then they are nourished, nurtured and the big day comes when the child’s body and the mother’s body say to the Universe, it is time to free this being…..most women don’t say ; stay in there, I am not ready, but push (a physical /mental activity). Well, bringing the dream is delivering the baby, and what a change for the world! Getting started takes a decision based on uncomfortable complacency, do you really want to suffer as you go through life not achieving your dreams, coming to the end of your life with your song unsung?, the dream never fulfilled, and brought into this incredible Universe? Make lists of your dreams, plan your course, improve daily your quest in achieving your short term goals, and soon, the race will be on, and achievement and manifestations will occur. Start by buying yourself some Roses, or one, and don’t let it wilt before you have started the race to the finish!

IT IS MY DESIRE THAT WOMAN AND MANKIND DEVELOP OUT OF THOSE OLD POWERS AND THAT THROUGH MEDITATION AND PRAYER THE WORLD WILL CHANGE , THE OLD WAYS PUT ASIDE AND LIFE WILL RETURN TO THE EARTH. THERE IS NO GREATER BRUTALITY ITSELF, THAN TO THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN CHARACTER ASSASINATION AND POLITICAL ASSASINATIONS, BECAUSE THEIR MINDS ARE TOO SMALL, WHETHER BY GENETICS, BRAINWASHING DAMAGING RELIGIOUS AND POLITICAL DOGMA, TOXIC EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS, OR LOW INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENTS. MY HEART WEEPS FOR ALL THOSE WHO HAVE DIED FOR THEIR ABILITIES AND LOVE FOR LIFE THAT WOULD NOT BE DESTROYED BY THOSE WHO DESIRED TO ENSLAVE THEM. THIS IS MY PURPOSE IN LIFE. THIS IS WHAT HAS CAUSED MY SURVIVAL AND I THANK THE ONE FOR THIS GIFT AND THE GIFT OF MY WONDERFUL GENETICS AND HUGE GENETIC FAMILY AROUND THE WORLD IN MANY RELIGIONS AND PHILOSOPHICAL THOUGHTS, AS WELL AS THOSE BEAUTIFUL DEISTS, WHO FORMED THIS COUNTRY . LET THERE BE PEACE ON EARTH AND HEALING AND LOVE.-
